Individual Psychotherapy
I support adults of all life stages navigating grief and loss, trauma-related symptoms, neurodivergence, relationship and family-of-origin issues, and attachment-related concerns.
I utilize a blend of psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma. EMDR is an experiential psychotherapy treatment designed to alleviate psychological and physiological symptoms associated with traumatic memories through the use of bilateral stimulation.
I am LGBTQIA+ allied and strive to provide a safe space for individuals of all cultural backgrounds, spiritualities, gender identities, and sexual orientations to feel supported and empowered in their healing.
Couples Therapy
I support couples navigating conflict in their relationship, feelings of disconnection, and a lack of emotional and physical intimacy. I have experience supporting couples recovering from infidelity and other forms of betrayal trauma. I am passionate about supporting clients of all backgrounds, and provide a secure space for LGBTQIA+ couples and those exploring alternative relationship structures.
I utilize a blend of interventions from The Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am a trauma-informed clinician, and value the historical contexts and family-of-origin stories of all members of the relationship.
Grief Support for Adolescents
I am passionate about supporting adolescents navigating the life altering experience of grief and loss. I provide a safe space for adolescents to process their loss, explore their emotions, connect to their loved one, and adjust to their new reality.
I utilize expressive arts and mindfulness-based interventions for adolescents to explore their inner world and find safety within themselves. I aim to equip young grievers with skills to improve emotion regulation, establish their sense of self, and increase interpersonal effectiveness.
