I am passionate about working with clients navigating grief and loss, and other difficult life transitions, as well as those presenting trauma-related symptoms. I specialize in working with grief, developmental and complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. I aim to equip my clients with the skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotional experiences, navigate relationship struggles, and heal their trauma from the root.
I am fully trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR and leverage other trauma-informed and attachment-based practices such as IFS/parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I value a person-centered, collaborative, and psychodynamic approach to therapy and believe in tailoring my therapeutic methods to align with each client’s unique needs. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create a safe space for my clients, welcoming all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, and spiritualities.
I have experience working with clients of all ages in individual, couple, and family therapy settings in outpatient therapy centers. I also have experience working in higher levels of care, serving clients in recovery from substance use disorders in intensive outpatient treatment.
It is not lost on me the privilege it is to walk alongside others in their healing and witness the courage of my clients each day. Please reach out to discuss your needs, learn more about my practice, and explore if we are a good fit for therapy. I look forward to partnering with you.
